How do I find out about the cost of a project?

Most projects do have standard pricing. To get a pricing guide, email kayla@kaylphillipsdesign and put “pricing guide” in the subject line to receive a full list of services along with base pricing. However, many projects have variables. To receive a more accurate estimate of your project’s cost, reach out here: www.kaylaphillipsdesign.com/content.

Do you do full service marketing? Do you team up with marketers? 

There are so many aspects to marketing. I specialize specifically in research and strategy driven visual branding. However, if you’re in need of full service marketing — messaging, targeted social media ads, copywriting — I have a host of independent marketers that I have a close relationship with. Already have a marketer you’ve been working with? I’m happy to collaborate with them as well.

What if I’m ready to book one of your services? What’s next?

If you’re ready to book, first fill out the form here: www.kaylaphillipsdesign.com/contact. Then let’s make sure we chat over the phone so that we are both clear about your needs. Book a 20 minute chat here: www.calendly.com/kaylaphillipsdesign. After it’s clear what your needs are, I will send you a proposal with accurate pricing. If approved, I will have you review and sign a contract. This is so that at the end of the project rights will be handed over to you. To make sure you’re on my calendar, I ask for 50% of the project cost up front; the final 50% will be due when you receive the final files.

What if I don’t like the design you came up with?

I spend a significant time getting to know your business, exploring and strategizing, before I start designing. This brings confidence that I can create concepts that you’ll absolutely love. You will get two concepts and two refinements with the quoted cost. If you’re still not satisfied, you have the opportunity to make additional refinements at our hourly rate.

If I invest in a visual identity package will I own the files?

Yes! Once the final payment is received, you will receive the original files and the copyright. Ownership will belong to you.
